After making the payment by bank transfer, please Register online in order to receive a confirmation letter by email. Please send a copy of the proof of payment to: laura.popa@pproevents.com for validation.

We would like to inform you that your access to scientific program, meals and social evenings will be exclusively with your badge. therefore we kindly ask you to keep it with you at all times during the event.

If you wish to be accompanied by your family/friend to the social evening/meals, we can issue a companion badge for an extra fee of 110€ (/person).

If you lost your badge a new one may be issued for a fee of 10€.
