The abstract should be written in English and sent by February 5th , to laura.popa@pproevents.com

Recommended structure:
  – The text itself will have a maximum of 300 words (maximum 2000 characters, not including the title, authors and affiliation)
  – Tables, graphs and summary photos are not accepted
  – Abbreviations will be explained when they first appear in the text
  – A separate line must be inserted for a maximum of 3 keywords
  – The bibliography is not included in the text of the abstract.

IMPORTANT! For the submitted abstract to be accepted, at least the first author must be registered as a participant in the congress. 

The authors of the accepted abstracts will be notified until February 5th!

Before submitting an e-poster, you must submit an abstract of the e-poster and receive confirmation of acceptance by April 15^th and then submit your e-poster following the instructions below. Thank you for your understanding!

The e-poster presentation should be submitted in video format – including video and sound (.avi or .mp4 or .mpeg)

– 16:9 PPT format
– The presentation can include up to 4 slides
– The video should not exceed 5 minutes
– Official language: English
– Case studies are recommended

E-Posters will be displayed on the event platform for the entire period of the congress.

The Poster Committee will grant prizes to the best presentations.
